1) Will I receive an email notification when I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed.
Once your PayPal account has been charged, you will receive a PayPal notification.
When your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email notifying the order is on its way.
You will be provided with a package tracking number.
2) Where are orders shipping from?
We usually ship out from Kobe port. For airfreight, we use KIX (Kansai international airport).
We may ship out from the closest port of our factories in order to reduce delivery costs in Japan.
We will find the best way for you.
3)How is my order shipped?
Airfreight is available depending on your delivery deadline.
For sea freight, we will suggest the most reasonable transportation from EMS, LCL and FCL depending on the amount of your order.
4) Are there some countries that you don't ship to?
Yes, countries that are under international economic sanctions or countries under Japan economic sanctions.
Some countries or ports may prohibit importing certain goods.
5) Who do I contact if I don't receive my order?
Please contact our customer service representative and inform us of your information including the details of the product and B/L number if you know.
We continuously check the status of the shipment with B/L.
6) Where is this store operating from?
We are operating from Kobe, Japan.
7) Do you levy any sales tax on the products you sell.
No, you pay only for the cost of the goods and shipping.
Shipping cost may includes B/L fee and Terminal handling charge.
Please see our rough indication for shipping fees.
8) How long will my order take to reach me.
You will be provided with a tracking number immediately after your order is shipped, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
Depending on the transportation method and country, the delivery date will change.
9) Can you ship my order Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
We don't accept COD, all shipment has to be paid beforehand using Paypal payment.
10) Can I have my Order delivered in Japan?
Yes, we ship to all countries except those with economic sanctions.
11) Can a user designate a shipping carrier?
Yes, a user can designate a shipping carrier but the carrier should offer service in and out of Japan.
All costs associated with using the designated carrier will be borne by the user.
12) Are shipping rates inclusive of import duties and taxes?
No, import duties are not included as they are levied at the final destination country.
You may be asked by the custom authority in your country to pay tariffs or taxes on your order. Hence it is advisable to check before making your purchase.
RESTA bears no responsibility for any delays in shipping associated with duties in the destination country.
If you are unsure, we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.
13) Is it possible to request a change of the quantity or value on the invoice for custom declaration purposes?
No, the quantity and amount stated on the invoice cannot be different from what you ordered and paid for.
14) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments during checkout. Immediate payment is also required for all transactions, meaning all items will be paid for at the time of checkout before the sale is finalized.
Shipping arrangement commences immediately after payment is confirmed.
